Information from third-party services:

• If you connect a QuickBooks Online account, we receive financial data (company name, balances, transactions, reports) solely to display it within your authorized dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.

5. Data from QuickBooks Online

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access financial data solely to display it in your dashboard within our platform. Specifically:

• We access only the data necessary (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Company Info) using the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope.
• Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest. Refresh tokens are rotated per Intuit’s requirements.
• We do not share your QuickBooks data with any third party except as required to provide the service.
• You can disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time, which immediately deletes stored tokens and revokes access.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Project files and documents are retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter. QuickBooks tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights
